We look for the best; we seek the most committed; we believe in the creativity of people. But in order for people to produce the best they can, give the best they can, they have to feel that what they are doing is appreciated and that they have the best atmosphere possible to foster creativity.
Here, at eSpace, you are in good hands. We believe in working to the optimum, but not without partying to the max, with a continuous series of parties, outings, gaming and fun. Our hours are open and flexible, and we believe that whatever helps your personal growth will also help ours. For that reason, 20% of our employees' time is invested into slack hours in which they can work on what they are really passionate about (One of our greatest achievements with Ruby on Rails, NeverBlock, was a product of those slack hours). We like to think of ourselves as your home away from home, where family stands together and supports each other through the ups and downs. Think that our atmosphere might interest you?
